Osmanabad Police Setup Helpline for girls and women

Osmanabad: After a shocking incident of teenager suicide due to harassment, Osmanabad Police has setup a dedicated helpline for girls & women.

In case a women/girl faces harassment or eve-teasing, she can call to police assistance on toll free number ’1091′ or Osmanabad Police Control Room on (02472) 222700/222900. Lady Officer Smt. Damodare (Panse) ASI can be contacted on 9823110145.

CHILDLINE, a toll-free helpline number ’1098′ for children in need is also made available in Osmanabad.

Sachin Patil Superintendent of Police has appealed public to  call helpline for assistance.
