President Arrives in Pandharpur

Solapur: President Smt. Pratibha Patil arrived in Pandharpur at 12.50 PM today. President was accompanied by her husband Devisingh Shekhavat. Guardian Minister of Solapur District Prof. Lakshman Dhoble welcomed the President at helipad in Pandharpur. MLA Bharat Bhalke, Pandharpur Mayor Ujjvala Bhalerao, Addl. DG Bhagwantrao More, Divisional Commissioner Prabhakar Deshmukh, District Collector Gokul Maware, ZP CEO Tukaram Kasar and Supdt. of Police Rajesh Pradhan were also present at the helipad to welcome the president.

The President will perform Puja at Shree Vitthal Rukmini Mandir tomorrow at 8.30 AM. She is scheduled to inaugurate Rashtriya Ekatmata Warkari Sarvodaya Samhelan at Shree. Saint Tanpure Maharaj Math at 9.30 AM.
